Lancaster Flowers I have three daughters: Violet, Ivy and Rosabel. This is their blog. Why do they have a blog? Violet and Ivy (the twins) were born very premature, so we lived in hospitals for eleven weeks. This was our way of keeping family up to date, and it’s still going strong today.

The Monks of Norcia There is a group of Benedictine monks who founded a monastery in the birthplace of Saints Benedict and Scholastica. They take the spirituality of aesthetics really seriously. Everything they do is beautiful. Have a look at their site and watch their new film, Quaerere Deum. They have proper beards.

Divers Voyces I love singing. I love choral music. I love small numbers of people making music together. This is a choir called Divers Voyces – they’re brilliant, and I am their token bad-singer. For some reason, they still let me turn up each week to sing; it seems that Lancaster is very lacking in tenors who are free on Tuesday evenings. Any takers?
